1. Who is responsible for your data?
Alien Channeling / Kordes Communication is responsible for the processing described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, email support@alienchanneling.com.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use the website, we may process your name, email address, selected service, preferred session date and time, time zone, messages you send us, and basic transaction information such as a PayPal order reference, amount, payment status and the general payment method reported by PayPal. For paid Rohaan conversations, we also store a random access identifier and the number of unused questions connected to the verified PayPal order.
During booking, we also record events such as selecting an offer or time, clicking the payment button, starting checkout, validation failures, cancelling, leaving an incomplete checkout, technical errors, completing payment and sending confirmation. We count clicks to the Sessions page without using advertising or analytics cookies.
PayPal processes your payment and card details. We do not receive or store your full card number, security code, PayPal password or other complete payment credentials.
3. Why we use your information
We use personal information to process and confirm purchases, schedule and deliver sessions, send access or scheduling details, provide support, understand and resolve incomplete or failed checkouts, improve the booking flow, prevent misuse, handle complaints and refunds, and comply with legal and accounting requirements.
4. Legal bases
We process booking and contact information when necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you. We may also process information to comply with legal obligations, or where our legitimate interests in customer support, security and resolving disputes do not override your rights. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Payments and service providers
Payments are provided by PayPal, which processes information under its own privacy terms. Cloudflare hosts the website, functions and D1 booking-event records, Resend delivers customer confirmations and internal daily booking-statistics reports, and Google's Gemini API processes messages submitted through the digital Rohaan conversation to generate replies. Chat messages are sent only after the visitor accepts the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before entering the conversation.
The conversation currently uses Google's free Gemini API tier. Google states that content submitted through the free tier may be used to improve its products. Do not enter sensitive or confidential information, passwords, payment details, health records, identity numbers or information you do not have permission to share.
We may share only the information necessary with providers that help us deliver communications, online meetings, hosting and other essential services. These providers may act as processors or independent controllers under their own terms. We do not sell personal information.
6. Browser storage and cookies
The booking flow uses temporary session storage in your browser to remember your selected plan, booking email, chosen time, booking-attempt identifier and PayPal order reference while completing your purchase. This information normally disappears when the browser tab or session is closed. Booking progress is also sent to our Cloudflare-hosted booking register. The digital Rohaan conversation stores a limited recent conversation history in local storage on your device so the conversation can continue between page visits. You can remove it with the “New conversation” control or by clearing browser data. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. PayPal and external websites may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their respective policies.
7. How long we keep information
Incomplete and cancelled booking-attempt records are normally retained for up to 90 days for customer support and booking-flow analysis. Completed booking, payment and correspondence records may be kept longer where necessary to provide the service, handle support or disputes, and meet applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations. Aggregated counts that no longer identify an individual may be kept longer. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.
8. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the EU/EEA. Where GDPR requires it, such transfers must rely on an approved legal mechanism and appropriate safeguards. Please consult each provider's privacy policy for details about its locations and safeguards.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
Send a request to support@alienchanneling.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the supervisory authority where you live.
10. Security
We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or payment information by ordinary email.
11. Children
Purchases are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

This website links to independent third-party websites and communities. Their own privacy policies apply after you follow those links, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version and its update date will be published on this page.
